Question about Sugar Cane jeans.. (SC41947R)

Hi.. i usually wear 501 levis jeans.. and recently i have been looking at some japanese jeans.. and i caught interest in the SC41947R... i was wondering if that pair of jeans is a 501 type of cut...??

BTW.. another question.. i tried a pair of APC before.. and i thought it was too slim before.. but now.. i want to try it again.. but does anyone know if theres any APC in toronto.. i think not.. but... if anyone knows.. ? thanks again!
