if yall wanna include beer in the discussion then colorado has to be mentioned. best beer culture in the united states hands down period. also, plenty of fine women (in denver/boulder at least), fun nightlife/bars/clubs/ect, and awesome music scene (if youre into electronic, jam bands, blue grass/country, ect). and if you like skiing/snowboarding (sup aznboi?) then look no further

^ Pretty sure we invented the Carne Asada fries concept along with the "California" Burrito which is essentially the same thing just wrapped up in a tortilla. Every Albertos and Albertos knock off carries them. I could be wrong and may have come from further down south in your area.

Going by first impressions, SF is way better, but LA has that "kinda hot girl that gets hotter as you look at her" feel to it. Just gotta stick around and explore.
