Also drinking plenty of water can remedy that. I actually did have something wrong with my excretory where I had traces of blood in my piss. I seem to have less or even no more in it but to this day doctors gave me no real reason. I think I just rocked my kidney when I rammed into a wall at a roller skate rink. Shit is intense.
