Question, got this coach wallet as a present. Wondering how to age it nicely, if thats even possible. I know mink oil is used on wallets, but is this wallet capable of aging like the other wallets on this thread. ( sorry I'm still new to all this leather business)

If you are refering to 'aging like natural leather wallet does', I'm afraid no. But this coach leather wallet will evolve differently. This is a processed leather, after long usage, you will find that the leather surface becoming smoother and shiny. To aged any leather wallets nicely, the secret is...keep using it.
