I think a cool business card would come in a mini envelope. Prada glasses come with a card of authenticity the size of a business card and it comes in a black envelope with PRADA stamped in it.

That would be great for a business card with a sharp plastic card inside

Doesn't where it gets printed depend on who designs them? I had embossed cards done and the girl who designed them for me tended to source jobs out to diffferent places depending on the desired finish.

Somewhere, I cannot remember where was offering steel lasercut cards (like your name and shit cut out of the card, or just engraved, your choice), but they were about $1 a piece

What about the plastic die cut business card inside the mini envelope with a foil printed logo on the outside? I know stickerrobot.com advertises that they do sticker business cards, also ive seen people at ITClabel.com who have made woven label business cards that were pretty awesome

orange 32 is great.

overnight prints is good for standard cards in full color. they don't match spot colors, so don't fuck with them if you need that. they're ultra cheap. put in VALUEDCUSTOMER through the end of july for $10 off.

i don't see the point for odd sizes or die cut cards. its not really adding anything to your image/brand. if you're going to put money into it, pay for nice design. if i splurged, i'd go for letterpress cards.

my favorite was karlssonwilker's parasite cards... a sticker that you could put on any business card you didn't want from someone else.

kinda hard to imagine, but i've seen some cards printed on cereal boxes cut to size. one size was the info, the other was crazy colors and patterns from the cereal box. the info was printed with an old fashioned press, so it really stood out too.
