It just looks like a a standard natural belt that's been tanned and oiled... Check out Tanner goods. It won't look that beat up at first, but it will age to look like that.

They'll stay light. Maybe even get a bit lighter, but you wouldn't notice the difference.

Shades look like Rayban Clubmaster.

Dayton was selling the model they used for the W+H boots if you called them direct, not sure if still available.
