WTB: Affordable mens clothing size S, shoes 11-12ish

Hey guys, my girls brother's birthday is coming up, and as a gift to him she wants to buy him an outfit. If anyone has some stuff they're interested in getting rid of for a not huge price I'd be interested in picking it up.

Currently I'm looking for a nice button down, suspenders, pants, and a pair of shoes.

He's skinny and around 6' tall so my guess would be that he's a 36 inch chest/S, 32 inch inseam, and probably around 11/12 in shoes. Budget for everything is around 200.

Send me your closet clean outs.
