can any Japanese-Savvy people help translate this?

I got some of this detergent at Blue on Green in NYC and while some of it seems fairly self-explanatory, I thought I'd ask if anyone could translate some of this. Mind you, I don't need to know every little thing on here, but I was wondering if the same stuff is in both packets, or if it's a 2-step process (esp since both packets are for different amounts)

one is a detergent

the other is an antibacterial treatment that you use after the wash, you soak your jeans in it

but i would like a full translation as well, i tried to post on this topic, but got only a little help

I went to Blue in green yesterday and saw that to. Asked the guy said the same thing it's detergent and treatment but its made out of natural products. No chemicals and what-so-ever.

P.s.-Blue in Green was a sick store. Anyone living in New york i definatly suggest going to the store.
