American Apparrel Shrinkage. Help Please!

I've never owned any AA goods and was wanting to purchase their crewneck sweat. I tried it on instore and the small fit me perfect on the shoulders, just slightly short (body length wise). The medium was about the same length, but roomier on the shoulders.

My question is, After washing, will the size small shrink more...? Would it be wise to get the medium (if they do shrink) as after I wash the medium it will fit more like the small.

my xs still fits me fine.

i don't think it shrank, but then again, i don't really remember how it fit me before i washed it.

the only things that aa makes that shrink A LOT are their thermals (8% or something like that) and maybe the tee's, a little.. i don't know of much else.

AA shirts should shrink 8%, it's even labeled on the tag.

my AA sweats and hoodies didn't shrink... their tees shrink about one size.

i usually stretch everything i wear. dry or wet just pull it. dont be afraid to pull it pretty hard too. aa shirts are way too short, not into the whole shirt meets belt look. my shirts have to at least cover my pockets.

Hipset, how much do the t-shirts/sweats stretch in length when you pull them?

my hoodies shrank, in a good way. a little slimmer. i would go with a small. after it shrink it'll hug your body a little more if you like that. if you dont, go for a medium.

I believe AA shrinks something like 15%, I could be wrong. However, wash in cold on delicate cycle the first time or two and dry on the lowest setting. Wont shrink much at all, thats what I did and it worked like a charm.
