Does anyone just use Murrays light? I'm using Aveda grooming cream and want something a little thicker. Never used any pomades before, suggestions?

You can check YouTube for pomade reviews.

If you're not concerned about leaving product in your hair, try the murrays. But guessing that since you're using aveda products, you prolly wash it out thoroughly.

If you are concerned about leaving product in your hair and want to wash it out, stay away from petroleum based products.

I don't know how murrays light is though.

just picked up some of this:

and honestly, its legit as fuck. i found that murrays was too heavy and would weigh your hair down. this is lighter, gives the sheen and hold of pomade, but it washes out easily. made in USA. only gonna be using this stuff for pomade from now on.
