I am not a sandal guy, don't own a single pair, BUT these Jutta Neumann pairs might sway me to cop for this summer:

Just noticed these Jutta Neumann joints.

Need these.  

Prices are a bit higher than expected, anybody have any experience with these?  Would like to hear something before spending that on a sandal from a designer i know very little about.

I own two pairs. Bothe came with the apparently optional Birkenstock soles. I'd recommend getting w/.

They last forever. Had them for 8+ years, worn off and on.

No complaints. Us sizing. Fit tru. Go with d for reg not fat feet

I have a pair too, also with the birk sole.. Think they are meant for around the house, the wet sand meant I tore through the untreated leather like a sanding paper..

I now wear them around the house (if I can find them..)

As I tear through two pairs of thongs a year.(wetsuit, board and 1,5k sandy walk back on the beach) I found the Rainbow leather ones and the Island slipper held up the best for a nicer dressier alternative to reefs etc ..

Just got these from Flat Head... Japanese cowhide straps, anti-bacterial/anti-scent footbed, Vibram sole.

Same company, always was the same company.  RJB is more "modern" where as Flat Head is supposed to be more vintage inspired.

^yo watch out. that site name seems suspect + hike sandals never came out in that color UNLESS you're okay with copping fakes.

also they fit pretty strangely. sole is very wide but kind of slight in comparison to the strap itself which makes the foot look pretty top-heavy. visvim christos they are not quite.
