  3. Not sure about that but the other day l saw some reel introducing 'pee stained jeans' so even if you're not incontinent, you can certainly have the look of some dude who's been caught short.
  4. I heard Freewheelers are thinking of doing a line in incontinent trousers for the ageing population... calling them underalls, like overalls only different

  6. Got these OOE Saddle pants from @scooby! @julian-wolf these are the jeans I grabbed. Damn near perfect fit. Very cool texture and color to the denim

  8. I hope it's going to reappear on Sufu! The wabash I mean (as well as the model... WAYWT is calling you out mate 😉) The cardigan is another beauty... what's up... has global warming reached Scotland??
  9. It’s a secret 🤫 … but any interest in this beauty? …. noooo not the model, the snappily named cardigan thing
  10. Warehouse 900XX non wash W36/32 NWT EUR 139/US$149 + shipping
  11. I bought them a year or so ago. When I first saw them I wasn't so sure about this moc toe combo with dressier boots leather and sole. But like it does, it somehow grew on me. Luckily the size fit perfectly. And the boots with very nice calf leather have been very comfortable from the beginning as the Two Monkeys guys had said. I find them to be really a unique pair of boots.
  12. More vintage Justin boots. These are a narrow build but not too snug. Love the heel height. Pretty fresh Vibram soles too.

  14. I got so much satisfaction out of making that last pair of jeans that I told my brother I wanted to make a pair for him for his birthday. Been drafting the pattern the last couple weeks and finally got it where he wanted it. He's got a little bit more weight in his gut and thighs than I do so it was a good exercise in modifying patterns. Also bought this 1960s New Home (Janome) 532 zig zag machine off Marketplace for $50. It could hardly turn when I got it, so over a few days I doused it in kerosene a few times a day to de-gunk it. That did the trick so I oiled it up, put belt on it, and now I can do bartacks. It doesn't love going through belt loops but if you floor it it will get enough momentum to power through. Also some (admittedly poor) pictures of the denim my brother selected. He wanted a crosshatch slub so I found this stuff on Big Z. More updates to follow!
  15. He probably thinks the same too! 😆
  16. @indigoeagle Any thoughts on the boots? They look good.
  17. Those are great if you can find them: https://www.heddels.com/2015/07/samurai-sm610dx-p-herringbone-selvedge-denim-work-pant/ e2nd has them in sz 28 & 31 here. In fact, if you go through e2nd Samurai pants page here and search for "automobile", you'll get many options for work pants in a variety of patterns and fabrics.

I haven't looked at UES for quite a while. Forgot how much l liked their stuff... Thanks for the trigger @blooming....
  21. They are great @Geeman, just a bit too tapered to work with the outfits I've been preferring. I got a pair of UES 400T back in January that fit the niche for a tapered cut a bit better. The 50s denim is so nice though, I'll be glad to have that option again.

I'm considering a second pair of 50s slims!
  23. I broke down yesterday and ordered a pair of 50s from BEARS. I love my 50's Slim, but the fit isn't working as well for me these days.
  24. Colimbo Full Count 0105 TwoMonkeys The Colimbo House of Richeld sweat shirt has a boxy and relatively short vintage fit. The sleeves crease nicely and it has the Spalding like cuffs (not sure, what the term for that is).
