I`m 23, have a bachelor degree in litterature, but want to fufill me ideas in fashion or fine arts, I havent decided yet. Then it would be nice to get into a school that have both programs. So what is the best art schools in Italy, France, New York, LA, or London? preferably London. All info will be apriciated

New York- Parsons, but i think it's this private school and extremely expensive
