Thanks beats! I'm just completely out of sync at this point, i work all night 4 days a week driving the taxi, so i'm been pretty out of it most of the time. I also lost the charger for my camera battery. Should be getting a new one in the mail any day now and i hope to post more in the near future.

Okay, good to know you will be posting on waywt soon - need my coffee fix

i stitched a patch on the crotch of those LVCs about a year or more ago, and the first thing i noticed is that the leather they use on the patches is second to none as far as durability and texture. the the red paint/ink they use on the patch lasts longer than you will...i guess so that years later even if discarded and found tattered you will still know that they are levis! LVC gets my vote for most quality patch ever...and the leather is crazy soft on lendo's pair. the denim on his pair is mad soft as well feels as soft as zimabwe cotton but im sure it ain't...

Cool. Like those LVC's a lot....close to (if not outright) denim porn. You must have worn them very hard!

Woof. Love these. I think you should wear them as is, not patch them, and if so determined, then with denim. Could we have a view of the back side? Please???

Thanks cult! Here is the very patched back view.

Thanks a lot, lake! Naturally, you will want to repair that one place at the very "crossroads" of the crotch, but apart from that, I now even stronger favor to wear them ripped as they are. You'll get many envious glances from true denim heads.

Saw these and the guy allowed me to take a shot. I'm really impressed, though not 100% sure every rip has been worn in naturally. The owner can't be either, since he inherited these 501s.

Such heavy ripped jeans are not for everyone, but I can only tell you, this heavy rocked style does work, the guy was very much the center of attention for the attractive females surrounding him.

Incidentally, the jeans were totally intact in the back, adding to my suspicion that perhaps some intentional distressing has been done to them after all.
