WTB: Rick Owens Trainers 42 or 43 (HELP w/ size

I Really Really want to buy a pair of Rick Owens High Top Trainers in a 42 or a 43 (I think?? Help me out with RO sizing please!?). Let's see here...I am a Lanvin size 8 (I could probably wear a 9...[reason below]), Dior Homme size 43 or 43.5, and a Pierre Hardy 43.

I generally don't like when my high tops looks gigantic on my feet and I'm a 6 foot tall dude.....

So I am guessing if the RO's run big like Lanvin then I can fit into a 42, but if they run true to size or smaller then I'd need a 43. No preference in color really (Black or Black/White or White/Black)... but I'd rather them be New or in Excellent Condition. Thanks! I wanna get them before I head out to Japan/Korea. PM's are good.
