I bought this blazer when I was in Hong Kong for around $400US and I've worn it only twice outside the house. It's by a local brand called Izzue which is quite big over there. It has a super soft leather collar and overall is a beautifully tailored slim fit blazer. Should fit a size 46 perfectly but refer to the measurements below. 100% Wool.
