Beautiful Ann D. piece, perfect for the winter. the fabric is beautiful, soft, warm, etc. Great piece for the season, bought from klangspiel a while back and haven't used it as much as planned.

there's a 2 inch cuff at the bottom, so 24.5 inches without that.
