yeah, Im not one for over the top shit to get laughs so I will not be seeing it. It's just too much.

The real problem with Bruno was that there really wasn't an arc to the story. He wants to be famous. Ok. So he adopts a black baby. Ok. That's something famous people do. So he joins the army? Uhh... Going hunting? Uh... It just seemed like "let's go do something ridiculous and film it" then slam it together into a movie. Maybe rent it; no need to see it in the theater.

And before someone goes and says "but you went and saw a movie meant to be ridiculous and over the top. What were you expecting?" Well, Borat was ridiculous and over the top, and yet there was still a story in it. There was some character development besides "gay austrian." There was a plot that certain scenes built upon other scenes in a cohesive way.

With that said, and I know its a total late pass, but I saw Up last night and was absolutely blown away.
