Lately Ive been experimenting with quitting for weeks at a time and I've come to a few conclusions

Here, lets make it scientifix

1. its true you have way more energy, its like your more willing to get up and do shit. spend less time around home, and menial tasks are a lot less menial and bothersome. Increased motivation as well

2. for some reas im way more positive and upbeat about shit the longer i dont stroke. shit bugs me less and I find myself more cheerful towards others

3. Stupid bullshit chicks do affects me less as well. I feel like chix treat me better/on me harder the longer I dont wank. Might have to do with increased hormonal levels that build up because im nolonger solo releasin em. You really wont care about bitches half as much as when your dickin around

4. Increased concentration. I handle situations better. No idea why, but its noticable.

1. after about a week in a half sometimes if I was by myself id trip the fuck out on some regular ass commerical or show if there was even a little bit of skin shown. Like seriously id go crazy for a second and have to make an effort to maintain. The feeling would pass, but i think its most difficult when your rounding that 2nd week.

2. VIVID DREAMS. Not just sexual either, some really off the wall shit. I noticed i'm more inclined to remember my dreams when im not fapping.

2. IF YOU DECIDE TO GIVE UP you will most definately wipe out on porno for the next day or so.

I think the toughest is at 1 and a half weeks. Once you round 2 weeks your smooth sailing. It becomes easier and youl actually kind of have to force yourself to look at porn if you really want to break it.

If your at a rutty point in your life id highly suggest giving porno a break. Really, like youl have way more confidence in your decision making and youl feel way better about everything around you.
