What do you do about back pocket holes?

I have a hole that just formed on my knee and one on my wallet pocket that has been there for a while. I was wondering what people do to stop these from taking over. I dared to ask on Yahoo! Answers a while ago, but no one replied there. :0

I would like to still put my wallet in my back right pocket even though there is a hole there already. I was wondering if there is any way to patch the whole pocket so that sitting on abrasive surfaces will stop wearing down my wallet but still show the fade from the wallet itself. If anyone wants pictures I can get them, but I hope you know what I'm talking about. I'm really, really looking forward to a response. Thanks anyone and everyone~
