APC: here are the approx measurements:

19inches pit2pit, 28inches length.

the armpits are cut nice so it looks like they are high though you can layer comfortably underneath. Size small, fits true to APC sizing, probably flexible from that standpoint and would fit many types depending on how much/if you want to layer underneath. Very classic jacket in 9/10 shape (I'd say 10/10 but I dont have tags or anything like that).

THE APC jacket is tight when wearing a thick sweater underneath and I am a 48. Hope that helps.
