They're the black burnt suede joints with the black lace up spats attached (the spats have black calf leather detailing - see pics)

You all should be well acquainted with these boots.

These are brand spankin' new - and ill ship them in the original box.

I don't even know where to begin with the quality and detailing of these...it's what we've come to expect from n(n) these days....but you really have to see them in person to understand....the leather is second to none.

Size on tag is US 9 BUT these fit quite big - closer to a size US 10.5

What size in Number (N)ine sizing? Three or Four?

As is stated above, the "size on tag is size 9"...Number (N)ine footwear sizing is different then their sizing for clothes.

So, the size is 9 ... which fits like a 10 - 10.5 US

I was going to buy a pair of these from Lazzari but they listed the sizes as 1 to 5, and said those were the Number (N)ine sizes. 1 was 40, 2 was 41, 3 was 42, and so on. I didn't know Number (Nine) used standard shoe sizes.
