Over a good neutral color hoodie is the obvious answer to me, but I think putting it under things is actually cooler.

Just got this black down sweater from patagonia and it looks sick under my EG grey duffle coat. The mix of the shiny tech fabric with the raw wool is a good look.

A goretex parka with black leather shoulder yolk and 60/40 lining sounds like a japanese trainwreck, but somehow Rocky Mountain featherbed pulls it off.

Superdenim does a good job with their stock, just prices are a bit tough to swallow. Understandable though, 60/40 goretex is like a dream.

Speaking of which, kempt had an excellent vintage woolrich-looking parka that woolrich woolen mills is producing i believe this season. something like indigo-goretex?

Oh and thanks for the help guys. I like it paired w/ a hoodie, gives me a very practical boost of warmth, but if I really hit the rain, I could always pair it w/ my new albam hillwalker jacket. I'll post pics if I can, still working w/ the style.
