I don't understand all the hate for the new facebook.

Yeah, it was weird at first adjusting but in the long run I think it was better. It's easier to navigate by far now. However I can't see that happening with this.

for the sidebar, a good start would be to only make it half as wide. get rid of the gigantic helvetica reminding you what forum you're in and put all the options on one row (though new thread really doesnt need to be in the sidebar).

either put the user cp on the left with the other stuff or put the other stuff where it used to be.
