Margiela makes some decent ones. Still think there is a pair on sale at eluxury or one of those sites.

Xsons by obedient sons has a solid looking pair of white jeans/chinos/something on gargyle.

Others have already named apc/ndg/acne/s2a/raf and others. Do some sleuthing

on the skinnier (and cheap) side of things, dr denim has some generic white jeans which are clean and simple.

Just a note: Levi's is coming out with a white 514 this fall to coincide with the new Bond movie. Just an option for those unsure if they like the white jean look.

I've got a pair of Filippa K ones I picked up on sale last year that are a more relaxed straight fit (kinda like Jimmy's Acnes), and picked up a pair of AA ones to beat up in Chicago. The fit on the AA ones really isn't that bad if you're looking for something slim (and can be sagged if you want), just be prepared to size up compared to most other brands.

The idea of coated Rafs intrigued me, but Diba^2 must be thinking of somewhere else; Blackbird doesn't seem to carry Raf.
