Looks like a sahara boot. I don't like the really thick seam or branding on the heel.

they're presumably from the warehouse, marked down to 80 from 300 (!) at stussy nyc. i am guessing they're from the early-mid 2000s and targetted towards the japanese market but wanted to know if anyone had any idea of what the deal was.

i personally dig the shark color and they cost about the same as clark's so why not? i always thought wallabees were fugly anyway. anyway they're also available in brown and black, but i'm pretty sure they only had sz us 8 in all colors.

This is too funny - I went to Stussy yesterday to check out the new Boneyards stuff (Locals Only shirt is pretty cool), and literally picked these up and said, "What the fuck are these?"

I neglected to notice the markdown to $80, and only saw the original price so I ruled them out, but if they're $80, I could definitely see some people being interested.

One other funny thing was I think the tagged size on the insole of the pair I picked up was just "small" rather than an actual numeric value.

But then again I wasn't paying too much attention after I saw (what I thought was the) price.

$80 is pretty good, but just how the sole is... it's kind of bothering me.
