Can we set-up our own head-to-head? I'm thinking 2 winners would be 1 for the league itself and the other for head2head. With 40, we can easily do money back.

i wouldn't be against a head to head as well. gives those that fall too low early in the season something else to focus on if all hope truly is lost.
