Nice job namedropping synths (that are definately not used on that track), but that is indeed (psy) trance. Seems like most people in US listen to prog/minimal stuff... I've heard some harder psy/dark tracks come out of the states though, like the Liquid Mind VA. The scene for psy is much bigger in EU and Asia though.

what the fuck are you on about? Im sure that is some vst reincarnation of a moog. Besides that, 'moog bassline' is synonymous with a chugging lowpassed sawtooth which is exactly what that bassline was.

I do dig anjunabeats and I sometimes listen to trance around the world.

no I don't.

I do like supermodels from paris and some of the anjuna roster but most of those guys are progressive enough to play anywhere.

Thanks for the video. I have the set in the high quality. I like trance (not my favorite music genre though), but less and less. On the latest stuff we hear on radioshows, there's a lot of no-so-banging stuff, or really boring.

It was in my opinion way better before 2003.
