if it is spammed than maybe (a warning would have sufficed), but it's mere mention shouldn't cause members to be banned.

This is true, however it was my understanding that the offending material was a forum that was created for people who have been banned from SuFu by those who were banned and contains anti-SuFu discussion(I may be completely wrong.) In this case it is clear that the offending material shouldn't be discussed, and doing so is just being arrogant and assuming that being a member here for a long period of time grants immunity to discipline.

At the same time one can argue that an infraction would have accomplished the same ends, something that I'm not in a position to argue against.
