for fucking good karage ramen, go to 'toki japanese restaurant' on grattan street, right near corner of lygon street, carlton.

$13.50 for dinner, or $11.50 at lunch. Great miso base, fresh vegetables, and they use the good bits of the chicken. highly recommended.
