Conie Jeans

Recommended Posts

Hello SuFufreakers

I just got my Japanese selvage denim from Japan and about to start my project.

I would like to hear your opinion about What is the best Cut for first time project jeans?

for e.g. Slim Fit, Straight Cut, Boot Cut or Relax fit.

By the time I have finished the sample I will give away my jeans FOR FREE for 1 or 2 lucky SuFufreakers to tasted out for 4-6 months.

I will post the photos of my first Sample very soon.

Thank you

I say for ease of cuts and sewing straight cut/or slim straight would be the easiest. How do you enter this contest to wear sample jeans. I have a construction business and could wear jeans instead of my carhardtts if you want to see them get really worn ;).

ahh, you need photos, ok i'll send some.

This is not contest, I would give my sample jeans to be worn with you guys for 4 to 6 months. But I need to review you current jeans first to be sure that my sample jeans will be worn and fade as great as your current jeans. Once I have selected the person I will contact them personally.

Thank you for you idea.

i'd say go for a straight cut, something like the 501 '47... the slimmer cuts are leaving the main stage, so go for a straight but not antifit cut..

If I see a lot of great jeans with good fade in these thread I would be very happy. My point is I would love to see my jeans to be treated as their previous jeans, so my jeans will have good fading, that's the reason why I need to see your jeans first, Because in the future I will use these as a sample for our main our product ( Fade Figure ). So I thought it would be easy for me to give a way my sample jeans to all jeans Freaker who has passion of wearing their jeans. Good Luck

Are you going to use the same denim that is being used in the jeans they are sending you pictures of? Do they need to retrace their steps so they can get the same fade with your jeans?

Your basis for judging is a little unrealistic. There are too many factors that you have to consider. First being, the denim has to be the same. You should just give them to who ever wants to wear them because honestly, who the hell are you? What if your jeans look like shit and rip apart in the first week? What then?

I don't mean to be a negative nancy, but come back to earth hombre.

Quick question : Was this a complete cut reproduction, as in, you took apart a previous jean and just copied the cut and stitching?

I don't know much about jeans, was just looking through your website, noticed it was derived from another cut. Looking good, though.

Thank you.....This not a complete cut reproduction and I did not took apart a previous jeans. What I did was draw the line on the paper and I asked some specialist guy for drawing the picture for the cutting line and asked them to cut it for me. THX

I vote for a slim straight cut, i like the way my nudie slim jims fit, except it should be a bit more tapered, not a super tapered look like the grim tims, but just enough so that I don't step on my jeans.

don't want to seem like a lurker, but I won't lie to you, this thread inspired me to post my first post.

if you give me a pair, i can guarantee ill put my sams away for 6 mos, just because i like you denim steez. unfortunately i cant upload pic of my jeans @ present since i dont have the gadgetry. im an honest guy, though. plus im a knicks/mets/jets fan. a pair of hand-made denims would ease my pain over the last 2 seasons debacle...
