With seared/oven finished Kobe beef flatiron steak and white truffle mashed potatoes

Crazy Cantillon lambic. No carbonation, served at over cellar temp, just like lambic from the cask

Then my friend moved away so we had to clear the cellar of stuff we bought together

My bitch-ass mycology class scheduled a field trip this weekend, so I don't get to go to the first weekend of SF beer week No Alesmith night and DIPA fest. Now I will be road tripping down next weekend: Sour red night @ CBS, Toronado Barleywine Fest, Scandinavian beer night on Sunday with my friend from Sweden. He is stoked, haha.

On Sunday the 8th and Tuesday the 10th, The Toronado is having special events for SF Beer Week: Port/Lost Abbey Night, and Russian River Night, respectively. At the Port/Lost Abbey Night, bottles of Cable Car will be available, and at Russian River Night, Toronado 20th Anniversary bottles will be available. I can not be there these nights due to school.

If any Bay Area people are available either of these evenings at 6:00pm, when the events start, I would be forever in your debt if you could pick one or both of these beers for me. I will be there the following Thursday-Sunday, and could meet up with you then, where I would pay you back and buy you a drink. I will also give you a lifetime supply of +rep, haha. I've seen those around in SE Pa/Maryland, but I haven't tried it. I've had the Hitochino beers but wasn't terribly impressed for the price, it seems like for the money there are much better American beers to be had
