WTB: Cloak Desert Boots or similar, to fit UK11

Looking for a pair of these in black/black. Apparently they run a size big so perhaps the 44s would fit me? I normally take a UK11. So 44s or 45s (if they even exist) are what I'd be looking for.

Negotiable on the price, any condition considered. Any remarkably similar boots considered, e.g. buttero, demeulemeester, perhaps even some westwood pirates.
