Medium was the smallest they had for sale, went for it thinking that since it's JP sizing it should work. If it's a bit big, may give it a hot wash and dry.

since a lot of people have been askin,

mine are size uk7 / eu41, and the fit is perfect--snug but comfortable with no pinching anywhere. the outsole measures 29 cm.

for reference, i am a true 41. for me the fit is most comparable to that of a MMM GAT in size 41, albeit a tad bit more snug

iirc they fit about half a size smaller than regular docs because of the narrower toebox. my exgf has a pair of the classic boots in the same size (she is tall asian girl) and i remember them fitting ok but roomier in the toe.
