Sorry, I know this is an oldish post (busy weekend!). Where did you get that Whyred jacket and how much was it? I've been looking for one just like that, and haven't had much luck. For anyone interested in stealing or purchasing a copy of A Magazine, I pilfered mine at the SoHo Universal News store on Broadway. There are five copies left, and they

are on the right-most side of the clear rack that is found on the left-hand side of when you first enter, at about waist-level.

If you're interested in not paying for it, I suggest you use the large magazine rack that comes up to shoulder-level directly next to the cashier to your advantage. I did.

I've checked this out today, there's a Universal News nearby my work. It's $26 and there's alot of coppies still. The magazine is very inspiring, not just for fashion lovers but design and crafts too. It's a big ass magazine... props to you onemancult for pulling it off!

Hahaha, yeah... it is actually a minor hobby of mine, lifting overpriced foreign fashion magazines. I actually use the money I save to donate to a few charities that work with homeless in the city. Have a bit of a Robin Hood complex- I feel that the ridiculous prices these places charge for foreign magazines, simply because they're foreign, is a complete scam... so, I don't have very many qualms about scamming these magazine shops and doing something good with the money I would've lost to price gouging. And plus, they sell thousands of copies of Vogue per day, they're not going to feel the impact if one of their 10 copies of Purple magazine is unaccounted for.

i thought visionare was even more expensive than that... limited to something like 6000 copies? if i'm thinking of the same thing - typically comes in very elaborate packaging, sometimes even with cosmetics or something built into the binding. i know universal news isn't going to carry that... i'm sure 90% of the copies go out to the industry anyway.
