does anybody know where i can order white vans slip-ins in europe? and how does sizing work? i wear size 45 converse chucks.

^ I don't think you can order directly from Vans in Europe. You have to go through one of their dealers.

By the way, make sure you order true white because if you order white, you will end up with off-white shoes.
