Recommended Posts

Building on the successful partnership and in response to demand for more products from this successful collaboration a diffusion collection for FW08 has been developed under the EASTPAK RAF SIMONS labelling.

The collection is inspired by the designer’s own moods and trends for FW08 and has been developed to fuse the feeling and personality elements of both brands into an accessible and edgy range, ready for the street.

The result is remarkable and delivers a stylish affordable range finished to the high standards you would expect of either brand

.

Recommended retail prices are between €80 -€100 and the collection comprises 18 different pieces across three different material/colour combinations and five styles.

Bags will be in selected best retailers of both RAF SIMONS and EASTPAK worldwide from Fall 08 (September)

the color stitched-on patches look retarded on some high school punk rocker steez

shoulda made the straps blue or red or something to add some pop (similar to the first range)

that's the point.

regardless of whether it looks good or not, this is a bit more like the stuff he used to do (before he went into this weird futurism thing).

Those pseudo punk rock patches on the bag (and the clothing) are corny as fuck. Its like that one girl in high school who was all mousy and shy, then over summer vacation she discovers really lame punk rock. So when school starts up again, she's decked out in brand new bondage pants and hoodies, safety-pinned with gay patches like NoFx or Bouncing Souls acting hard like she's been down for years.

These things are like that, but worse, because its expensive. High fashion aint punk, Raf aint counterculture, Westwood is a parasite, etc etc.

it has measurements and it seems pretty small actually.

Lol @ hidden measurements. It's kinda normal backpack size, slightly higher and a bit more narrow I would say. You probably can't fit a laptop in neither the backpack or messenger.
