while the comparisson is may seem alittle unfair, the nose-silouettes of these remind me of those prada racing shoes...

just think! if you opted not to get these, depending on your country's currency you might be able to buy 5 and a half new prison issue highs give or take.

i've noticed a lot of the toes on julius shoes seem a bit off structurally in design or construction .. something usually seems to go wrong with them. sometimes the toes sag inwards or sometimes they just have really odd shapes. kind of like rick owens footwear...

however the toes on those velcro strap boots don't seem too bad, in my opinion at least.

I really like some of the coats. leather jackets look good as well. the print shirts are pretty ugly but apart from that I really like the stuff. not very spring looking but whatever.

interestingly enough (or not, depending on your perspective), despite being clearly influenced--to the point of being a ripofff--by ann d and rick owens, i far prefer the majority of what julius has to offer, being a far more wearable collection, consistently so. accessories are great, coats amazing, footwear may cause me to spend more this year than i've ever really considered.
