Warehouse Denim Contest [pics and discussion]

Every time I've spilled something I just do an 45 minute soak. So far I've gotten raspberry jelly, peanut butter, chocolate, and beer (lots of beer).

If it's really bad and doesn't come out (I had to do this with the jelly because after the soak there was still something there) I put it in the washing machine inside out and did a "quick" cycle on warm but with no soak, and that did the trick.

Thanks :) I forgot to add, I'm really quite pleased with these jeans. They're starting to look amazing, and they are amazingly comfortable to wear everyday. I think I now fully understand where this obsession with Japanese denim comes from... and I'm definitely hooked....

Word word.

as the weather got a bit nastier

we stopped working so much outside, and spent a lot more time indoors...

so in addition to minor indoor gardening shit, these denims have been putting up with long painting sessions and some time with the maintenance crew (wood shop and garage- hench amounts of sawdust)...

they do miss the mud and grime, so i've told them to wait patiently for things to warm up a bit more...

crotch (plus a bit of sloppy repair FTW)

A bit of Roping agwaan, seen?

also for a stark coloUr contrast...check out my new eternal 864s on the bed in the background..

(BTW>>>> MASSIV RESPEKT to the B.I.G Crew. I stopped by last weekend with my lady and we felt more than welcomed on our first trip up to the east coast denim mecca. She's def a n00b to the denim scene, but was very impressed with the methodology behind it all, as well as fresh crispy jeans all over the place...We asked for Gordon but he wasn't in...either way, the staff there is top notch. the eternal 864's are now my weekend jeans, so i will focus a lot of wear on these contest 660's and occasionally my pbj007's)

and wallet (but there's no wallet in there, HA! fooled you!)

coloUr is fairly accurate, for a late night indoors foto session.

on tap:

- fun days cleaning up wetlands/marshes

- more tree climbing (perhaps some extra harness wear ;) )

- probably some rainstorms, followed by mudwrestling battles

- exciting exploratory expeditions into 20 foot high mulch piles.

btw, if you're in the philly area

check out the morris arboretum.

more soOn.

washed like 15 times by now or something.

x-posted from the small questions thread...

how does the leg opening on the warehouse 660/sufu jean fit compared to the samurai 0500?

i have the 0500 in a size 36; since the waist is fatty-sized, the leg openings are bigger than average and most tipes the bottoms will creep under my sneakers/shoes and i end up tearing them to shreds(unless i'm wearing thick boots). i likes me some stacking, but don't want holes all over my hems from walking on them.

plus there's one pair left of WH 660 at BIG, in my size! on sale!!

thanks.
