I wonder if that 'bay-pee' thing came from some article I read online. The author specifically mentioned that it was pronounced that way. I was thinking WTF. Is Bapy pronounced 'bayp-why'? Ignore the possible mispronounciation a Japanese accent might put on it. 'B' from 'Bathing' + 'Ape' = Bape.
