Want to invest in some nice raw denim

I guess im between APC and dior homme denim, cant really think of any other brands on their level for denim.. im gonna be in college in a bit over a week, so i do def. have to keep my spending in check. that in mind, is the exta 100+ worth it for dior jeans? i mean they dont look that much better, so in you guys' opinions, is dior really worth the extra 100+ dollars, especially to poor, struggling college student? lol

i am interested in cuts, but i dont want something ultra-slim. I like my jeans slighty baggy, the slim stuff is too uncomfortable for me haha
