is the waist stretched or fitted?

im a 34, so i ask...

It's stretched maybe about an inch. It might stretch on you a little more if you're 34. I lost some weight so I never streched them much.

they're not baggy, right? im used to the New Cure, but those are skin tight - if these are just slightly looser - still kinda tight - i'll take them

Someone is picking them up locally and I'm waiting on his response now. They are not very tight, I would say a regular cut. If you have big legs they will be tight.

I guess you can stretch them more if you're have bigger waits, lets say size 36. I lost weight so I didn't really stretch them much.
