Denim shops in hong kong

Hi all, i kno this has probably been posted 100+ times on sf

but since i cant find any of them im gunna request this again.

I'm revisiting hk in aobut 2 weeks and i would like to kno of all the potentially good sepcialized denim shops in hk

could anyone who knows of any post in here the name and the address of the shops.

eg.

Take 5

1/F 75 Granville rd

Tsim sha tsui

Kowloon.

Yamane..... (dont kno the adress of this)

etc etc etc.

if u are interested in Japanese LVC, go Jean House in MK.

that's a must go for me in HK...

i'm goin hk in 17th july till 17th of august, a whole dam month.

i'll have enuff time to rinse all the denim shops in hk hopefully haha.

and tintinsonson, wen u say jean house in MK. do u mean in mong kok?

they stock anything else other than japanese levi's? im more in to heavy denim (14oz or plus).

Yes, MK is Mong Kok. I believe they do carry others but mostly are Japanese LVC and most of them are washed. If you are looking for other unwash denims, it's probably not the place you wanna go.

Good luck finding heavy denim in HK. Not saying there isn't any, but HK weather is extremely hot and humid so 14oz.+ denim wouldn't be so popular over there.

Rite, but there are still a lot of unwash jean lovers wearing heavy denims. Cuz they were told that sweating helps to develop good fading. Well, is that true?

the idea that hot and humid equals no heavy denim is a strange one. singapore is probably the most humid location on superfuture and i do alright in my jeans.
