natural oils concept... + dr bronners magic soap ( use as shampoo!!) = beautiful hair that isn't heavy or too greasy

i wash my hair with shampoo once a week so it doesn't get too much out of hand, but it's true that the hair is nicer and you can style it a lot easier if you need to

I sweat ass 3-5 times a week, is that too often?
