Pit to Pit - 16 inches (Fits bigger than its seems), Im a 34 chest and its fine.

Shoulder to cuff - 26 inches

Top of collar to bottom =34 inches

Across the shoulders 15.5 Inches

Only for japan just refers to the washing instructions. There is no size difference.

I love the "only for japan" collection, pieces are amazing and can only be dry cleaned. The french "nettoyage à sec" collection is also wonderful.

Cool jacket, fits true to size however so I hope no 46 tries to size down.
