stopped by nyc flagship today, all s/s is on 40%. some ok cloak pants & jeans there, if you have any interest in skinny pants (which i do not anymore). on a totally unrelated subject, they have the tier 0 vintage nike running shoes which i have to say look pretty reet.

almost all brands / shoes. i believe there are certain restrictions on brands (e.g. prada) where they can't discount past a certain amount at a certain time. also they never mark down carpe diem anymore, can't believe i passed on those boots for like $550 a few years back (can't remember if it was barneys or jeffrey).

Went over to the Boston Barney's NY on Saturday. Didn't really find anything appealing on sale, the Paul Smith stuff was okay, but nothing that I would really wear. There was some RAF stuff on sale that I would consider getting, but there wasn't really anything that made me go "Oh, wannttttt". There was some Trovata stuff I really liked, although it wasn't on sale. But they got in their new shipment of 19cms, too bad they're from Italy.
