Man, how old is that GM diet? I would not recommend doing that by any means.

The diet was developed in 1985.

My girlfriends from Conde Nast told me about it... (they work for Vogue - they have to be skinny!! otherwise whoes going to fit in all the designer samples?)

The GM diet is all about eating right and remaining within its limits and following its instructions...I would hope that a company such as GM would have their employees integrity and health, as one of their top intangible priorities...

BUMP. I'm officially starting a "diet" and excersing tommorow. I plan on running (dont know how likely this is), jump roping, and doing some light lifting. I'll never be a Halifamous though
