I myself am completely self financed and couldnt tell you the last time someone in my family gave me money..what kind of jobs do people hold aroudn here?if any...I'm living comfortably from the money i make working at whole foods..

there's been at least 2 threads exactly like yours in the past 6 months, why don't you just search for them and give a bump...

Kasper and me have a little convenience store robbing operation; he does the jobs and I prepare the PowerPoint, we then split 50/50. I have no idea why but he seems to be dissatisfied with our little arrangement, but he's not the one looking for pictures of smiling businessmen of various ethnicities to use as background image for those amazing processes I come up with, like this one.

1)Put on your mask

2)Open the door

3)Get out your gun

4)Yell

5)Get the cash

6)Get out

As said above, there have been a couple recent threads on this already. Interestingly, I can think of only one instance where someone confessed that their designer wardrobe was parentally financed.

The most common post-college jobs I recall were various design jobs, engineering, and IT. There also was a smattering of management consultants & investment bankers.

Most of the SF high-rollers were conspicuously silent.

You're right, I am. I think cchen and I are classmates actually. Anyway, I'm not returning to consulting, at least not for the summer. I'll be going internal, in the Corp Dev dept of a large health care company. The deal cycles are too long to do any meaningful M&A work in 10 weeks, so I'll be doing a policy & market strategy project around health care affordability. Should be interesting.

Well, I'm honestly not sure what specific products. I won't know until I get to Singapore next week. Working for a British bank... don't want to name the name.

I'm a Graphic Designer, but quite a poorly paid one :( When I read the Design press all the jobs at my level seem to be paying between £5 and £10k more than I get.

The company I'm with is pretty small.
