yeah, margiela does a lot of wide neck tees - unfortunately retail has become crazy expensive over the last few years but you can always check outlets/ebay

Does it have to be a crewneck? Jockey v-neck underwear tees have larger necks than most and fit slim dudes perfectly.

not sure what you mean by unfinished but they're not just cut, there's sewing on it! The tshirts are SEK 125 which I guess is kind of more than AA. But they come in a cute little bag! And they're so soft...

Um.. Get nice cheap shirts that you like and wear em out paying attention to stretching the neckline... If that's possible. because I have shirts that I love when they got older and worn out the fit is exactly like your example pick. It shows some collar bones
