from a couple days ago, some type of chicken picatta (threw in extra stuff I had in the fridge)

Entree: Paupiette of Trout with Braised Onions in Riesling.

This came out pretty good, super tender, flaky trout and a lovely buerre blanc to go with it. Onions were lovely and sweet.

Main: Duxelle stuffed Magret with Mushrooms, Ham and Roast Potatoes.

You can't see the potatoes from this pic. They're on the bottom. Little roasted cubes tossed in parsley.

Dessert: Crepes with Mint Sabayon and Strawberries.

This became an event as my companions took turns trying to make extra crepes. That's a strawberry coulis on the side.

ive been having stomach issues all day so i am eating my first meal right now at 8 at night, it consists of lightly buttered toasted bread.
